• Give us a real email you actually check, because that is how we will reach you.
• No bots, no bulk signups, no buying or selling email lists.
• The people, cities, and matches shown on this page are examples, not real members.
• We can change the waitlist, change this page, and change these terms. We will keep the date above honest.

WingBuddies is a professional networking app for people who travel for work. It is built to help you find people worth meeting in the city you are flying into, or the one you already call home. We are still building it.

Nothing on this site is a promise about features, pricing, availability, or a launch date. We make no commitment that any particular feature described here will exist in the form you see it when we open the doors.

You give us an email address. We add you to the queue. That is the whole transaction. You are not buying a seat, a tier, or an invitation. The waitlist is a way of saying “keep me posted,” not a reservation. We may work through it in batches, close it early, or reopen it later.

Please sign up with an address you control and check. If our emails to you bounce, we may remove the signup. You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist.

• Submit someone else’s email address without their permission, or buy, sell, or trade lists of email addresses.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to create signups, or attempt to flood, break, or degrade this site.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest anything here, including the waitlist itself and anything you infer from it.
• Impersonate WingBuddies, our team, or anyone else, or imply a connection to us that does not exist.
• Use this site for anything unlawful, or in a way that puts us or others at risk.

If any of that happens, we may remove the signups involved and block the source, with or without warning.

The WingBuddies name, logo, and the wings-and-handshake mark belong to us. Please do not use them in a way that suggests you are us, or that we endorse you.

The people, job titles, cities, and sample matches shown on this page are illustrative of what the app will do. They are not testimonials, not real members, and not evidence that anyone named here exists.

We collect very little: the email address you type, plus the standard technical details that arrive with any signup. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy. The part that matters here: we do not sell your email address, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

This site and the waitlist are offered as they are, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise they will always be available, that they will be error-free, or that joining gets you anything at all. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything arising from your use of this page.

We can update these terms as WingBuddies grows. When we do, the “Last updated” date above changes. If an update genuinely affects you, we will not just quietly edit a page. We will email the waitlist or say so plainly on the site.

Changed your mind? Write to gavin@wingbuddies.net and we will remove your email address from the waitlist. No explanation needed.
